Any and all designs are welcome from something weirdly abstract to something as simple as a funny haha. All designs will be given a fair lookin' over and if time permits, we'll dish out a little constructive criticism where needed.
Submissions that we really like could be added to the FITS lineup, so don't hold back on what you have.
Designs we intend to use could earn the designER some cash and kudos where, if your subsequent submissions are strong enough, it could land you with your own product line in the FITS catalog and you reap the royalties!
Why of course there is. Submitted designs are voted on through multiple processes including internet polling. If we LIKE a shirt but it doesn't receive as much fanfare as we would have hoped by the end of the critique process, we will still use the design but we'll only be able to give the artist credit for the submission. No royalties (until we see how sells go.)
On the other hand, if the design receives a lot of praise, we'll have the option of buying the rights to the design OR giving the artist royalties based on that design's sales.
